- Account & Identity: Name, email, phone, postal address (for equipment delivery).

- Payment: Billing details (processed securely by Stripe).

- Health & Sensitive: Fitness level, injuries, pregnancy status, postnatal details - only with your explicit consent.

- Usage Data: Class progress, device info, IP address, analytics.

2. How We Collect

Directly from you when you sign up, complete onboarding, health forms, or contact support. Automatically via cookies and app usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide and personalise Pilates classes and programmes.

- Process payments and deliveries.

- Ensure safety with programme recommendations.

- Communicate account updates, new content, and offers.

- Analyse trends for product improvement.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted providers:

- Torque (GoHighLevel), Stripe, shipping partners.

- Emergency services if there is a serious health or safety risk.

- As required by Australian law.

Some providers host data overseas, primarily in the United States, and possibly the EU, UK, or Singapore.

You can delete your account and personal information at any time using the delete account button in the feels@home app. When you delete your account, we delete your account details, app activity, progress data, onboarding information, and any personal information connected to your account, unless we are legally required to keep limited records for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. We only retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements. We do not sell, rent, or resell your personal information, and we do not use your data for any unrelated third-party purpose.
