Welcome to feels@home. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and online Pilates services provided by FEELS PILATES AT HOME PTY LTD (ABN 91 691 077 675) (“feels@home”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

feels@home provides digital Pilates classes, programmes, and wellness content.

You agree to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provide accurate information, and not copy, distribute, or misuse content. The service is available internationally where permitted by local laws.

2. Membership & Payments

Paid membership is required for full access. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You are responsible for all charges and cancellations. We may change pricing with notice.

3. Free Trials

Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You must be in good physical health and over 18 years of age. Exercise involves inherent risks. Consult a medical professional before starting. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from use of our services. Any health data is collected only with consent.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Do not share login details. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, programmes, branding, designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use content commercially or share access.

7. Platform Access

Active members may access content on website and mobile app. Access is account-based.

8. Separate Entities

feels@home and Feels Pilates (feelspilates.com.au) are separate businesses with independent account systems to comply with Australian privacy laws.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for payments, hosting, etc. We are not responsible for their outages or policies.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime via your account. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued only where required by Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, including personal, payment, and consented health information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

While we make the service available worldwide, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
